Word of the Day (27)

Today's word - I know it's been a while- is the DANDELION. It's a plant, flower and funny thing to play with when you're a kid. 
Did you play with dandelions when you were a child?

    What child has not presented a dandelion bouquet to his or her mother? What mother doesn't show her child how to blow the white dandelion puff away?

    Dandelion has medicinal purposes, too, alleged to aid the kidneys, liver, digestion.

    There is dandelion wine & tea, and some people put dandelion leaves in salad.
